Ancient Infinity Orchestra — Spiritual Jazz Ensemble

Ancient Infinity Orchestra is a large ensemble from Northern England led by double bassist and composer Ozzy Moysey. Rooted in jazz and collective improvisation, the orchestra brings together a broad instrumental palette and musicians whose individual voices remain central to its sound.

Its music draws on spiritual jazz, improvised music, and musical traditions from different parts of the world, with influences including Alice Coltrane, Pharoah Sanders, and Sun Ra. Composition and improvisation coexist within the ensemble, allowing written ideas to evolve through the contributions of its musicians.
