Ted Chubb is an American trumpeter, composer, and cultural advocate whose career is defined by the integration of jazz performance, pedagogy, and the creation of spaces for musical outreach.

His trumpet language, rooted in the phrasing of blues and bop, continues the lyrical lineage of masters like Booker Little, Art Farmer, and Kenny Dorham, combining a warm, vulnerable tone with a solid technical precision developed under the tutelage of educator William B. Fielder.
